Jaeho Kwon

Jaeho Kwon is a real estate investment and finance professional with approximately eight years of experience across investment banking, asset management, and cross-border transactions in the U.S. and South Korea. His work has spanned more than $1 billion of real estate transactions across office, logistics, multifamily, and residential assets, with experience in investment underwriting, acquisition and development financing, capital raising, and transaction execution.

Most recently, he led a real estate financing team at Korea Asset Investment, where he originated and executed transactions across logistics, residential, and office sectors and developed a broad institutional lender network. Previously, at IBK Securities, he executed U.S. real estate financings for Korean institutional investors across office, multifamily, and logistics assets, complementing his real estate work with structured-credit experience.

He is currently pursuing an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he serves on the leadership teams of the Real Estate Club and Private Capital Club. His MBA work includes an applied real estate investment and development mentored study with Trademark Properties, alongside coursework and projects in private capital, analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making.

Jaeho holds a degree in Chinese economy and trade from Hanyang University, including an exchange year at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, and began his career in overseas business development connecting Korean suppliers to a major Chinese e-commerce platform. A native Korean speaker, he also speaks Chinese.
